劉律師專注從事企業融資、資本市場及證券交易，包括香港聯合交易所首次公開招股中擔任發行人及保薦人/包銷商的香港法律顧問、就合併與收購、一般商業事務及企業合規等事宜提供法律服務。除企業融資外，劉律師亦有處理商業訴訟及遺產承辦的經驗。劉律師在2012年取得香港律師執業資格。

勞律師專注從事爭議解決業務，擁有超過二十年的商業訴訟和國際仲裁執業經驗。他經常處理涉及複雜司法管轄權和跨境問題的爭議，並協助客戶尋求合適的臨時救濟。勞律師就股東及董事糾紛、合約糾紛、勞資糾紛、清盤程序、網絡詐騙、專業責任、建築糾紛、勞資、以及執行判決和仲裁裁決等問題向客戶提供法律意見。

此外，勞律師在協助客戶處理合規、反貪污和監管，及代表客戶應對執法機構和監管機構等事宜均擁有經驗。勞律師是Sweet＆Maxwell出版的 Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571): Commentary and Annotations的撰稿人之一。

Adrian specializes in dispute resolution with over twenty years of experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration. He regularly handles matters involving complex jurisdictional and cross-border issues, and assists clients in seeking appropriate interim reliefs. Adrian advises clients on issues concerning shareholders’ and directors’ disputes, contractual disputes, employment issues, winding-up proceedings, cyber fraud, professional duties, construction disputes, and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards.

Adrian also has experience in assisting clients on compliance, anti-corruption and regulatory issues, and handled investigations by law enforcement agencies and regulators. He is one of the contributing authors of Sweet & Maxwell’s Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571): Commentary and Annotations.

Raymond specializes in corporate finance, capital markets and securities transactions including advising issuers and sponsors/underwriters on initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial matters as well as corporate compliance. Apart from the practice of corporate finance, Raymond also has experience in commercial litigations and probate applications. Raymond qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2012.
