Bio
Adrian specializes in dispute resolution with over twenty years of experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration. He regularly handles matters involving complex jurisdictional and cross-border issues, and assists clients in seeking appropriate interim reliefs. Adrian advises clients on issues concerning shareholders’ and directors’ disputes, contractual disputes, employment issues, winding-up proceedings, cyber fraud, professional duties, construction disputes, and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards.
Adrian also has experience in assisting clients on compliance, anti-corruption and regulatory issues, and handled investigations by law enforcement agencies and regulators. He is one of the contributing authors of Sweet & Maxwell’s Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571): Commentary and Annotations.
